The Bud Press (Return and Refund Policy)

This Return and Refund Policy establishes the rules and regulations of the returns, exchanges, and refunds of goods bought at The Bud Press (also referred as the Company, we, our, and us). This policy will help us to be more transparent, safeguard our customers, and ensure that all products sold on our platform will be quality and integrity-driven.

1. Nature of Products

I. The Bud Press is a company that sells women clothes such as cordsetts, one piece dresses, dupatta suits, and kaftan dresses. Since the fashion and clothing items are perishable, all sales made are final unless otherwise in this policy.
II. Worn, washed, or otherwise changed products are not subject to a refund or exchange in any case.

2. Return or Exchange Eligibility

An exchange or a return request will only be taken into consideration in the following cases:

I. The delivered product is physically faulty, spoilt or missing parts during delivery.
II. The problem is indicated to the Company within 24 hours of delivery through email or customer service.
III. The product has not been used, not worn, not washed, and it has not been altered and it should be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags and invoice intact.
IV. There was a misdelivery of the correct product i.e. the item received is not the ordered item.

3. Verification & Approval

I. The Company has the right to check, countercheck, and accept any of the return or exchange requests prior to processing.
II. Demonstrating photographs or evidence of the fault or loss can be asked during the complaint raising.
III. The Company will have the right to reject any request that fails to comply with the terms of this policy.
IV. The judgment of The Bud Press in all such cases will be conclusive and supreme.

4. Non-refundable and non-returnable goods

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be allowed under the following circumstances:

I. Worn, used, washed, altered, or tampered products of any kind.
II. Products that have been spoiled by being mishandled, mishandled, or abused by the customer after delivery.
III. Orders placed after the 24 hours reporting period after delivery.
IV. Products bought in sale periods, with discount code, promotion offer, or as a free gift or bundle offer.
V. Products sent back without packaging, tags, labels or invoice.

5. Refund Terms

I. The only cases where refunds will be initiated are in situations where the Company cannot offer a replacement to an approved return request.
II. The approved refunds shall be disbursed within a period of 7 to 21 business days upon approval.
III. The credit of refunds will be done using the same method of payment at the time of purchase.
IV. The shipping, handling and convenience charges on payment are not refundable in any case.

6. Exchange Process

I. The Company will organize a replacement of the same product in approved cases, although it depends on the availability.
II. Shipment schedules of the traded goods will be based on the availability of products and courier services.
III. The Company will not give out cash, store credit or credit notes in place of an exchange unless specifically indicated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

I. The Company will be liable to the value of the purchased product by the customer.
II. Bud Press will not be responsible to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in case of any dispute in terms of return, exchange, or refund.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

I. This policy will be regulated by and be construed in line with the India laws.
II. The courts in India shall have the sole jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise in relation to this policy.

9. Policy Amendments

I. The Bud Press has the right to change, alter or adjust this policy any time without giving any notice.
II. Any changes will become effective the moment they get on this site. The further use of our platform will be the acceptance of the updated policy.
