1. Order Processing

• • All orders that are made with The Bud Press are accepted based on the availability of the products at the time of order confirmation.
• • By the time an order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
• • Orders are normally received and shipped in 24-48 working days, not including Sundays and national holidays.

2. Shipping Confirmation

• • Within 24 hours of your order being shipped a shipping confirmation notification with tracking information where applicable will be sent.
• • The customers will be required to ensure that the shipping address and contact information that they submit when placing the order is correct and comprehensive.
• • Bud Press shall not be responsible in cases of delay or non-delivery caused by the wrong or incomplete address information given by the customer.

3. Delivery Timelines

• • Delivery time is estimated to take 3-10 business days after the date of dispatch, based on the destination of delivery and the availability of couriers.
• • Delivery times are approximate and can be influenced by other forces beyond our control such as weather, transport delays, national holidays or courier delays.
• • Bud Press will not be liable to delays that are occasioned by third-party logistics or courier partners.

4. Delivery Attempt and Acceptance

• • Delivery will be made at the shipping address of the customer at the time of making the order.
• In case of failure to deliver through wrong address, inability to deliver the package to the recipient or refusal to take the package, the customer will incur any other re-delivery or refund costs.
• • The delivery is said to be complete when the order has been received by the customer or any other qualified person at the delivery address.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• • It is strongly suggested that the customers should carefully check the package at the moment of delivery before signing or accepting it.
• • Any noticeable damages, mishandling or lost goods should be communicated to The Bud Press in writing within 24 hours of delivery to Thebudpress315@gmail.com.
• • Failure to report such problems within the stipulated time will be considered acceptance of the order in good terms and no claims will be made after that.
• • In case of the actual lost shipment, we will enquire with our courier partner and inform you as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Charges

• • Any applicable shipping fees will be well communicated to you during checkout and then a payment is made.
• • Once paid, shipping charges are not refundable except where we mention it in our Returns and Refund Policy or as is necessary under the applicable law.
• • The Bud Press can provide free shipping to specific orders or in case of promotion, the information will be displayed on the site.
